This ink exhibits extremely high gloss characteristics. The OLPC Series ink adheres to polycarbonates and has been engineered to resist delaminating when exposed to adhesives. Recommended Substrates Polycarbonate, Paper, Card Stock, Styrene, Rigid PVC, Vinyl and pressure sensitive vinyl. Specifications Curing: The OLPC Series will cure at 200-300 watts per inch. Different types of curing units will produce different cure speed results. The OLPC Series must be fully cured to resist the different adhesive applications. For best results wait 24 hours before application of adhesives. Due to the nature of polycarbonate printing, it is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test for product adhesion and resistance to the different adhesives before production. Additives: Cure speeds can be increased by adding 10% OLPC-800 or adding 5 % dark thinner Squeegee: UV-80 Red, UV-90 White and 70/90/70 triple durometer polyurethane blades. Coverage: 3000 to 3500 sq/ft per gallon. Mesh: 305-460 monofilament polyester. Metallics: OLPC Series Metallic Mixing Clear is supplied to use in mixing metallic powders and pastes. The recommended mixing ratios are by weight: 10% silver, 18% gold 255 -305 Mesh. Color Matching Guide The Formula Guide reproduces over 1,000 colors utilizing eleven OLPC Series CM shades (Color Matching). Custom matches, fluorescent, metallic and transparent colors are available upon request. Fluorescents are also in stock for immediate delivery. ADUV 900 CLEAR The ADUV Clear is a pressure sensitive adhesive that is screen printed through a recommended 255 mesh. When the ADVU Clear is cured it instantly becomes tacky for pressure sensitive applications. Three levels of tack are available. Recommended screen mesh: 255 ADUV 120 WHITE The ADUV White is a specialty white that is screen printed through a recommended 305 mesh. When the ADVU White is cured it instantly becomes tacky for pressure sensitive applications. Overprint this white as your last color on second surface printing eliminating the need for using pressure sensitive vinyl. UVGLO UVGLO is an U.V. curable screen print ink that glows in the dark. This special effects product was developed utilizing phosphorescent pigment and ColorBurst's high quality UV clears. Recommended screen mesh: 305 NEO-UV This special effects product is an unique screen print ink that glows neon colors in the dark. This product is UV curable with a recommended screen mesh of 305. Limited color fade resistance. Not recommended for long term outdoor exposure. Neon Pink, Neon Green, Neon Blue, Neon Yellow, Neon Orange LITHO OVERPRINT CLEAR The LOC900 Clear is designed to give excellent adhesion to Litho sheets with no blocking. Inter-coat adhesion problems will occur if additional colors are added over top of the L.O.C. clear. Recommended screen mesh: 390-460 LONG TERM OVERPRINT CLEAR The LTO900 clear is designed to give excellent outdoor durability. (Up to seven years) Adheres well to Avery and 3M media as well as all vinyl. Recommended screen mesh: 355 SATIN OVERPRINT CLEAR The SOC900. clear has been formulated with a muted gloss for those special application needs where a subdued gloss is desired. Recommended screen mesh: 355 FROSTED CLEAR The FC900 is a special effects clear that gives the "etched glass" look to any substrate. Recommended screen mesh: 305 OPTI- CLEAR The OPTC900 has been formulated to be optically clear with no haze or yellowing effect. Recommended screen mesh: 420-460 DRY ERASE CLEAR The DEC900 Overprint Clear will withstand the usage of dry erase markers allowing the markings to be erased afterwards. HI-IMPACT OVERPRINT CLEAR Th HI900 is a super tough, clear ink film that can be overprinted as a protective barrier. H.I.O. Clear works extremely well on signage that is used in high traffic areas. CC WHITE The CC120 White is a UV curable white that is used as a signature white background for credit card and other ID membership cards.
