White Tiger GEN125
DESCRIPTION White Tiger is an extremely true, optically bright
white ink formulated to give excellent printability across a range of
screen printing applications.White Tiger's excellent opacity, fiber mat
down, low gloss level, and good flash properties permit it to be utilized
as both a stand-alone and an underbase white.
PRINTER'S PARAMETERS
Substrates 100% cotton, cotton blends, some synthetics
Bleed resistance Good
Mesh (on darks) 86-125 t/in
Mesh (underbasing) 140-230 t/in
Mesh (fine line) 195 to 305 t/in
Squeegee type 60-80 durometer. Dual (70/90) or triple (70/90/70), Squeegee blade Slightly dulled (coarse mesh), sharp (fine mesh)
Gel temp 160-180 F (71-82 C), Cure temp 320 F (160 C) entire film
SPECIAL RECOMMENDATIONS
· White Tiger is a low-bleed, NOT a non-bleed ink.
· Avoid overflashing, as it can result in poor inter-coat adhesion of overprint colors.
· Perform fusion tests before production. Failure to cure ink properly can result in poor wash fastness,
inferior adhesion, unacceptable durability and increased likelihood of dye migration.
