Halux 1200 (Exposure Units)
The Halux 1200 is HIX's answer to the needs of the modern production shop.
The Halux 1200 features the "Hot Restrike" metal halide lamp which eliminates
mechanical curtains that frequently malfunction and need lubrication. This system’s
idling feature eliminates warm up time between exposures and saves
energy. The Halux 1200 features point light source projection to ensure precise
exposures and the elimination of light scatter. The Halux also delivers in other
vital areas; deep draw blanket for excellent art to screen contact and digital
timer control for precise exposure of half tones and fine line art. The 28" x 46"
format size works for shops that use larger automatic screens or can expose
two stardard 24" x 42" inch screens.

TT-180D
The TT-180D is a great fit for small shops that perform spot
color printing where detail is not a major concern. Depending
on the sensitivity of the emulsion you use, you can still get fast
exposures with the bar lighting system consisting of six high
output actinic UV lamps. Light scatter has always been an
issue with bar lighting systems, but the deep draw blanket
powered by a 115 Volt vacuum pump holds art and screen so
tight that any undercutting by light is held to a bare minimum.
The digital timer and auto-shut off are standard on this unit
which will hold screens up 23” x 31.” Light and compact, this
unit can be moved easily in any dynamic work situation.
