A pure photopolymer emulsion utilizing SBQ technology engineered
for textile application. Thicker viscosity allows for better
bridge control on coarse screen mesh. Forty four percent solids
leads to excellent edge definition while still allowing for easy
reclaim. Extremely reactive photopolymer emulsion allows for fast
exposure times.

for graphic application. The viscosity allows for good stencil control
on high mesh counts. The CBX-9000 is excellent for U.V. printing
with the ability to print halftones exceeding 100 DPI.
Emulsion has excellent resistance to strong solvents. Forty
eight percent solids leads to excellent edge definition while still
allowing for easy reclaim. Extremely reactive photopolymer
emulsion allows for fast exposure times.

A dual cure emulsion engineered for Graphic application. Thin viscosity
allows for better control in stencil thickness. Thirty five percent
solids leads to good edge definition while still allowing for easy
reclaim.
CBX-5000 Premium Dual Cure Emulsion
Color: Green
A dual cure emulsion utilizing SBQ technology engineered for graphic
and textile application. The viscosity allows for good stencil control
on all screen meshes. Forty percent solids leads to excellent edge definition
while still allowing for easy reclaim.
Water Resist Emulsions
CBX-3500 Water Resist Emulsion
Color: Blue
A diazo emulsion engineered for textile application. Thicker viscosity
allows for better bridge control on coarse screen mesh. Forty five percent
solids leads to good edge definition and extremely strong stencil.
Due to the water resistant characteristic of the CBX-3500, reclaiming
can be difficult but not impossible.
EMUSLIONS
Water resistant with additional post hardener for short runs using
aquaeous based inks. Application of post hardeners
results in extreme difficulty reclaiming
