If there is strong overlapping, outline slating and<br />

replacement can lead to a system palimpsest, i.e. cultural<br />

norms overlap each other without a conflict process.<br />

Thus, the whole regulation mechanism has to be affected:<br />

• There can be general desensitization, so that<br />

stronger, harder regulation instruments become<br />

necessary or seem to be neccesary.<br />

• Main course uncertainties can occur which make<br />

intensive and vast alterations of course in a short<br />

time possible, radicalism and easy misleading,<br />

sectarianism and other eccentric behavior get<br />

social importance.<br />

• Or an apathy can emerge as a general defensive<br />

attitude which has the result that only few,<br />

primitive values, which cause an instant sense of<br />

achievement, can be called. Apart from that, a<br />

hard, permanent disinterest in the supraindividual<br />

area develops.<br />

The models of the behavior control of large social groups<br />

shown here and the associated conflicts and problems<br />

brings historical eras and contrary or conflicting social<br />

groups closer together and allows a new, maybe more<br />

appropriate evaluation of the complicated phenomenons.<br />

The elaboration of this model and its coupling into the<br />

regarding positions could play a part in contributing to<br />

the encouragement of social peace, the mitigation of<br />

constant tensions and to the encouragement of<br />

understanding among nations.<br />

All the same useful it should be for initiated oecumenic<br />
