This tragical main disorder manifests in our<br />

societies e.g. as a result of the permanent conflict<br />

between progressive and conservative people: The<br />

conservatives want sustainment as a result of<br />

exact repetition of the once created programs.<br />

These should realize the wanted structure<br />

unmodified in a permanently repeating beat<br />

according to their will. As a result, the<br />

progressives recognize the developing hardenings<br />

and the imminent loss of flexibility. They attack<br />

the tabooed values as „godless“ (= hostile to the<br />

taboos, unrespectful) but unfortunately, they<br />

mostly use their energy resources instead of<br />

information resources, so they create new,<br />

necessarily parochial, underdeveloped programs<br />

which become tabooed and consolidated even<br />

faster due to the pretended urgent effectivity.<br />

Yesterday's progressives are like that and the<br />

ultraconservatives from tomorrow, but then they<br />

can't spark off a revolution any more. Their<br />

opponents will do that, so here again a game<br />

without an end occurs.<br />

11. An important conclusion from this knowledge is<br />

the following: Disorders have to be seeked and<br />

fixed in the information sector first, not in the<br />

energy sector. Thus, if extensive permanent<br />

disorders and strong social conflicts occur, the<br />

operating persons shouldn't be investigated first<br />

but the programs, the ideologies, the rules of the<br />

game, the systems and the structures should be<br />

investigated. Their mistakes have to be<br />

recognized, and before they are changed after<br />
