The following graph illustrates that Calvary Health Care
Bethlehem received a significant number of compliments
on a range of aspects of service delivery. It appears that
this year we have received more compliments than in
previous years. These compliments come in the form of
small gifts, cards and letters of appreciation, emails and
phone calls to management. It is extremely affirming for
our staff to receive this feedback and has a positive effect
on our staff morale.
