editor’s View Welcome to the February issue of View. Among this issue’s regular mix of lifestyle topics, we’re also featuring two very different passions. Chocolate, of course, is something that many of us admit to loving, especially at this dark time of year when treats are a necessity, so the success of the Beaulieu Chocolate Studio, related on page 10, probably isn’t surprising. But pigs? Oh yes. As Carron McCann tells us on page 6, they are more than worthy of love, admiration and care, and among the many people in the UK who keep and adore pigs, including a Rolling Stone, it’s a passion that more than rewards the effort involved.
