Note <strong>For</strong> all AIIMS:<br />
1. All water cooled centrifugal chilling units will come with VFD drives.<br />
2. All secondary chiller pumps will have VFD drive. AHUs will be provided with VFD as<br />
provided in the BOQ. Cooling Tower Motors shall be with VFD.<br />
3. The entire job will be executed by the HVAC contractor to include supply <strong>of</strong> all<br />
materials/ equipments as required to ensure quality <strong>of</strong> work, use <strong>of</strong> right materials/<br />
equipments <strong>and</strong> comprehensive system engineering.<br />
4. All equipments to be connected to the IBMS shall be IBMS compatible <strong>and</strong> nothing<br />
extra will be paid on this account.<br />
5. All AHUs/ Air washers/ Scrubbers shall be provided with stainless steel for the inner<br />
skin. All these units will be provided with protective door lock <strong>and</strong> protective guard.<br />
