There are 14 queries. All the queries are common with reference to queries already replied to
as above.

Reply to Querries:

1. Deviation between BOQ and CPWD Specification: Clause 21 of Vol IV will supercede
BOQ/ CPWD specification as clearly mentioned in the document. Clause 21 is
applicable to certain specified items only. With reference to other items, wherever there
is a discrepancy between the BOQ and tender specification, decision will be taken on
merit in the best interest of the work as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
2. Pressure rating of butterfly valves: As per CPWD HVAC specification.
3. Pipe Insulation: It will be factory insulated for better quality/insulation and speedier
execution of work.
4. As per CPWD HVAC specification with additional specification.
5. Pipe insulation thickness specified.
6. Make of Axial Flow Fan: Pl see the revised list.
7. Zinc coating of Ducting: As per CPWD HVAC specification.
8,9,10,:These points have already been replied to as above.
11. Specification for UVGI and Ozone: Specification as per the approved Manufacturer
will be accepted.
12. This point has already been replied to as above.
13. Approved Makes: Please see the revised list.
Technical Comments for Rishikesh Hospital:
1. AHU casing thickness: as per CPWD HVAC specification.
2. Electrical Panel rating: As per the requirement of various equipments and as per
HVAC CPWD specification.
3. The estimate is based on LS for the entire job and is not to be paid against
quantity/length of various items.
4. Thickness of duct acoustic lining: Given in the BOQ.
