CABERNET SAuVIgNoN 2007<br />
• This wine was made from hand picked grapes, grown in the Central region<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Moldova</strong>. The winemaker carefully selected the grapes for this Cabernet<br />
Sauvignon to ensure rich, ripe character with s<strong>of</strong>t tannins. Light nuances <strong>of</strong><br />
oak add complexity and depth on the palate.<br />
• Best served with hard cheeses, roast duck, barbeque, grilled meat<br />
and steak.<br />

MERloT 2007<br />
• The Carlevana Merlot is produced from hand picked grapes, grown in the<br />

and luscious layers <strong>of</strong> berry, plum and spice with light oak nuances from<br />
aging in oak vats.<br />

• This Pinot Noir was made from hand-picked grapes grown in hillside<br />

a silky, smooth palate and a remarkably long finish.<br />
• Best served with grilled salmon, roasted chicken, ham, and marinated<br />
lamb chops.<br />
