• Juicy and easy drinkable wine <strong>of</strong> dark purple color with ripe plummy<br />

• Technology: Cold maceration, cool fermentation (22-24oC) followed<br />
by malo-lactic fermentation and contact with both American and<br />
Ukrainian Oak.<br />
