GRCS HAS IMPLEMENTED FOLLOWING GRANT PROGRAMS<br />

SUPPORTED BY THE DONORS:<br />

1. Within the grant agreement signed in 2009 between the International Federation of RC/RC<br />

Societies (IFRC) and GRCS, the following programs have been supported by IFRC: “Branch<br />

Development Program”, “Social Support for Elderly in Tbilisi”, “Winterisation Program”,<br />

“Health and Social Program (TB, HIV/AIDS, Pandemic Influenza)”. Grant agreement amount –<br />

581143.70 CHF.<br />

2. Within the grant agreement signed in 2009 between British <strong>Red</strong> <strong>Cross</strong> and GRCS “British<br />

<strong>Red</strong> <strong>Cross</strong>” has supported “Social Support for Elderly in Kutaisi ” Grant agreement amount -<br />

25397.11 GBP.<br />

3. Within the grant agreement signed in 2008 between the International Committee of <strong>Red</strong> <strong>Cross</strong><br />

(ICRC) and GRCS, ICRC has supported Harmonized Operation Program, PSS, IDP Support,<br />

FA. Grant agreement amount – 189 791.02 GEL.<br />

DURING 2009 GEORGIA RED CROSS SOCIETY HAS RECEIVED<br />

GOODS IN-KIND (IN RELATION WITH THE ARMED CONFLICT<br />

IN 2008) FROM THE FOLLOWING DONORS:<br />

American <strong>Red</strong> <strong>Cross</strong> 64 593.29 GEL<br />

<strong>Red</strong> Crescent <strong>Society</strong> of Iran 47 158.21 GEL<br />

TOTAL 111 751.50 GEL<br />

Among above mentioned relief, the goods at the cost of 64593.29 GEL have been passed to different<br />

government bodies for charity purposes. Remaining goods are kept in the warehouse.<br />
