Two hundred and thirty-five publications, with<br />

study designs that did not meet the inclusion<br />

criteria for the review, reported on patients with<br />

skin cancer being treated with PDT. The references<br />

are listed below in alphabetical order; they have not<br />

been categorised and may still contain a number of<br />
