the North east, ready to bring our delicious range of
pies to a hungry public. Our mouth watering range of
fillings is a perfect marriage of a Kiwi style pie made
locally with the finest Northumberland ingredients.

and ale, all day breakfast, peppered steak, Mike’s chilli
beef, Tai chicken curry and spinach, goats cheese and

Northumberland Sausage Company
The Northumberland Sausage Company is
a small family run business based within Wark Village
Farm store in Wark and the Fenwick food hall in
Newcastle. We produce sausages that you will find
irresistible. We aim to produse flavours you have never
heard of, flavours that make your mouth water and
flavours that you simply cannot walk past. We use
fresh ingredients from crying over fresh onions to
spending hours slaving over chocolate types. We bring
these sausages to you from a county that we think
should be celebrated and hope you feel as

Dough Works
At Dough Works we make artisan breads using some
locally sourced ingredients. In 2011 we were awarded
a gold star by the prestigious Guild of Fine Food for

The Deli Around the Corner
Our lovely local delicatessen was established in
2005 selling traditional deli items from over 55
cheeses and chacuterie cooked meats and pies,
butchery, organic fruit and veg, gourmet gifts
and hampers. We also provide cheese wedding
cakes and outside catering.

All our beef, lamb and pork are sourced locally.
Our beef comes from Acklington, lamb from
North Lyham farm and Chatton and rare breed
pork from Hunting Hall Farm. All our sausage
and bacon are produced on the shop premises
