(54) Electric heating device for mounting of vegetal<br />
objects in paraffin blocks and onto the<br />
microtome support<br />
(57) The electric heating device represents a metallic<br />
block, covered with a glass of black colour,<br />
constituting together a small working table. The<br />
connection and disconnection of the network<br />
is carried out by means of two toggle switches.<br />
The working tools’ temperature control desk<br />
(the small table, the solderer and the plate) is<br />
mounted onto the frontal vertical surface of the<br />
device. With the help of the device it is attained:<br />
melting of the paraffin pancakes containing the<br />
tested objects; formation of the groove with<br />
melted paraffin in the centre of the paraffin<br />
block and mounting of the object destined for<br />
cutting; glueing of the paraffin block onto the<br />
microtome support and straightening of the<br />
paraffin cuts onto the slide.<br />
Regulation of the working temperature excludes<br />
the air and room pollution with harmful<br />
paraffin vapours.<br />

(57) Электронагревательное устройство представляет<br />
собой металлический блок, сверху<br />
покрытый стеклом черного цвета, что, в<br />
целом, составляет рабочий столик. Включение<br />
и выключение электросети осуществляется<br />
с помощью двух тумблеров. Пульт<br />
управления температурой рабочих органов<br />
(столик, паяльник и пластинка), установлен<br />
на передней вертикальной поверхности<br />
устройства. С помощью устройства достигается:<br />
плавление парафиновых лепешек с<br />
исследуемыми объектами; образование<br />
выемки с плавленым парафином в центре<br />
парафинового блока и монтирование в нем<br />

объекта, предназначенного для резки;<br />
склеивание парафинового блока на держателе<br />
микротома и выпрямление парафиновых<br />
срезов на предметном стекле.<br />
Регулирование рабочей температуры исключает<br />
загрязнение воздуха и рабочего<br />
помещения вредными парами парафина.<br />

a obiectelor vegetale pentru microscopia<br />
fotonică<br />
(57) Baia de deshidratare şi îmbibare cu parafină<br />
a obiectelor vegetale este destinată pentru<br />
microscopia fotonică a unui număr mare de<br />
obiecte în procesul de pregătire a obiectelor<br />
experimentale pentru secţionarea la microtom.<br />
Baia conţine un bloc de aluminiu cu 90 de<br />
celule, care constituie capacul unei chiuvete cu<br />
apă, încălzită de două elemente electrice unite<br />
cu două termoregulatoare, şi panou de comandă.<br />
În celule se introduc obiectele vegetale,<br />
care se deshidratează cu alcool etilic, iar prin<br />
xilen sau toluen se îmbibă cu parafină.<br />

of vegetal objects for light microscopy<br />
(57) The bath for paraffin impregnation and dehydration<br />
of biological objects is meant for light<br />
microscopy of a large number of tested objects,<br />
in the process of preparation thereof for microtome<br />
cutting.<br />
The bath contains an aluminum block of 90<br />
cells, forming the cover of a dish filled up with<br />
water, heated by two electric elements joined<br />
with two temperature controllers, and a control<br />
desk. Into the cells there are introduced the<br />
vegetal objects which are dehydrated with ethyl<br />
alcohol, and by xylol or toluol are impregnated<br />
with paraffin.<br />
