(54) Dispozitiv de fărâmiţare cu ciocane
(57) Invenţia se referă la dispozitive de fărâmiţare
a furajelor cerealiere uscate, oaselor, materiei
prime din lemn, sâmburilor de fructe etc. şi
poate fi aplicată în industria de prelucrare şi în
agricultură.
Dispozitivul de fărâmiţare cu ciocane conţine
un corp cilindric cu buncăr de încărcare şi
fereastră de descărcare, un rotor cu ciocane,
nişte contracuţite-nervuri şi o sită-clasificator,
totodată, corpul şi sita-clasificator sunt ampla-
sate coaxial, iar rotorul este deplasat în jos în
raport cu axa cu formarea unui joc în formă de
seceră între capetele ciocanelor şi suprafaţa
interioară a corpului. Noutatea invenţiei constă
în aceea că buncărul de încărcare este
amplasat deasupra corpului, care este con-
fecţionat din două părţi, cu partea superioară
amovibilă montată cu posibilitatea rotirii cu
180°, ciocanele sunt amplasate în şah pe ro-
tor şi sunt executate cu trei muchii aşchietoare
în fiecare unghi, sita-clasificator este executată
din oţel cu orificii coniforme şi este instalată
cu posibilitatea de înlocuire, contracuţitele-
nervuri au formă unghiulară şi sunt amplasate
pe suprafaţa interioară a corpului, iar în partea
inferioară a buncărului de încărcare sunt
instalaţi nişte magneţi, o clapetă de reglare şi
un racord de încărcare.
Rezultatul invenţiei constă în crearea unui
dispozitiv de fărâmiţare de înaltă productivitate,
fiabil în funcţionare, comod în deservire şi uni-
versal prin îmbinarea proceselor de absorbţie,
mărunţirea, trecerea forţată prin sită şi suflarea
materialului mărunţit.

The hammer grinder contains a cylindrical
body with loading hopper and unloading win-
dow, a rotor with hammers, countercuts-ribs
and a sieve-classifier, the body and the sieve-
classifier being placed coaxially, and the rotor
is displaced below about the axis forming a
falcated clearance between the ends of the
hammers and the inner surface of the body.
Novelty of the invention consists in that the load-
ing hopper is placed above the body, which is
made of two parts, with the removable upper
part, mounted with the possibility of rotation at
180°C, the hammers are placed in staggered
order onto the rotor and made with three cut-
ting edges in each angle, the sieve-classifier
is made of steel with conical holes and it is
installed with the possibility of replacement, the
countercuts-ribs have the form of triangles and
are placed onto the inner surface of the body,
and in the lower part of the loading hopper
there are installed some magnets, a control
valve and a loading branch pipe.
The result of the invention consists in the cre-
ation of a high-efficiency, reliable in operation
and universal grinder by combination of pro-
cesses for absorption, grinding, forced sieving
and blowing of the grinded material.

(54) Молотковый измельчитель
(57) Изобретение относится к устройствам для
измельчения сухих кормов, костей, дре-
весного сырья, фруктовых косточек и т. д. и
может быть использовано в перерабаты-
вающей промышленности и в сельском
хозяйстве.
Молотковый измельчитель содержит цилин-
дрический корпус с загрузочным бункером
и выгрузочным окном, ротор с молотками,
противорезы-ребра и сито-классификатор,
причем корпус и сито-классификатор распо-
ложены соосно, а ротор смещен вниз
относительно оси с образованием серпо-
видного зазора между концами молотков и
внутренней поверхностью корпуса. Новизна
изобретения состоит в том, что загрузочный
бункер расположен над корпусом, который
изготовлен из двух частей, с заменяемой
