(54) Metodă de peritonizare a flancului abdominal
după hemicolectomie
(57) Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la
chirurgie şi poate fi aplicată pentru prevenirea
complicaţiilor după hemicolectomie în caz de
afecţiuni oncologice ale intestinului gros sau
după utilizarea porţiunilor de intestin în calitate
de grefă pentru plastia esofagului.
Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efec-
tuează laparotomia mediană xifoombilicală, se
examinează intestinul gros şi se marchează
hotarele porţiunii de intestin care urmează a fi
înlăturată. Apoi se ligaturează şi se incizează
vasele mezocolonului, după care se efec-
tuează rezecţia porţiunii de intestin gros
marcate. După înlăturarea porţiunii de intestin
se instituie o anastomoză între porţiunile de
intestin gros rămase, care se suturează în trei
planuri. Apoi se efectuează peritonizarea
flancului de unde a fost înlăturată porţiunea de
intestin prin suturarea unui lambou din omen-
tul mare de marginea peritoneului parietal de
pe flanc şi de seroasa intestinului gros refăcut.
Apoi se efectuează drenarea cavităţii abdo-
minale şi suturarea pe straturi a plăgii.

(54) Method of abdominal wing peritonization af-
ter hemicolectomy
(57) The invention refers to medicine, in particular
to surgery and may be used for prevention of
complications after hemicolectomy in case of
oncological affections of the large intestine or
after use of the intestine portions in the capac-
ity of graft for esophagus plasty.
Summary of the invention consists in that it is
carried out the median xiphoumbilical laparo-
tomy, it is examined the large intestine and there
are marked the limits of the intestine portion
that is to be removed. Then there are legated
and incised the mesocolon’s vessels, after-
wards it is carried out resection of the marked
large intestine portion. After removal of the in-
testine portion it is instituted an anastomosis
between the remained intestine portions,
which are sutured in three planes. Then it is
carried out the peritonization of the wing, from
where the intestine portion was removed, by
suturing a flap from the greater omentum to the

margin of the wing’s parietal peritoneum and
to the serous membrane of the restored large
intestine. Then it is carried out drainage of the
abdominal cavity and layer-by-layer suture of
the wound.

(54) Метод перитонизации абдоминального
фланга после гемиколэктомии
(57) Изобретение относится к медицине, в
частности к хирургии и может быть исполь-
зовано для предупреждения осложнений
после гемиколэктомии при онкологических
заболеваниях толстой кишки или после
использования участков кишки в качестве
трансплантата для пластики пищевода.
Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что
осуществляют срединную надпупочную
лапаротомию, осматривают толстую кишку
и отмечают границы участка кишки, который
подлежит удалению. Затем лигируют и
разрезают сосуды мезоколона, после чего
осуществляют резекцию отмеченного учас-
тка толстой кишки. После удаления участка
кишки накладывают анастомоз между
оставшимися участками кишки, которые
ушивают трехрядным швом. Затем осущес-
твляют перитонизацию фланга, откуда был
удален участок кишки, ушиванием лоскута из
большого сальника за край париетальной
брюшины фланга и серозной оболочки
восстановленной толстой кишки. Затем
осуществляют дренирование брюшной
полости и рану послойно ушивают.

(57) Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la
chirurgie şi poate fi aplicată pentru prevenirea
complicaţiilor după rezecţia gastrică distală în
caz de ulcere gastroduodenale complicate cu
hemoragie, stenoze sau ulcere malignizate.
