RESEARCH AND INNOVATION The Joanna Briggs Institute this year made significant inroads with its diverse research and innovation program with the development of the Safety and Quality Research Unit and the JBI Operational Research Unit. COMMISSIONED RESEARCH 2010 Consultancies and projects undertaken through the Research and Education Team are lead by the Executive Director and draw on Institute staff according to the specific needs of each individual project.
