CAPABILITIES In Australia, three Cobham radio telescopes are being sited to act as one single telescope the size of the entire country. The International Space Station contains more than 250 Cobham components and sub systems. The Group’s antennas are spaced around the Delta IV satellite launch vehicle, ensuring unbroken communication with the ground station as the vehicle rolls in flight. Every US astronaut has breathed through Cobham oxygen regulators. The Group’s rotary joints, antennas and pyrotechnic devices have proven themselves on missions to Mars, often in mission-critical functions such as communications and equipment deployment. Space

The Group’s communications, life support and pyrotechnic products are now prevalent on US and European launch vehicles, satellites and ground stations and even the Mars Rover. 13
