proper authority to put questions that clever
officer, Chief-Inspector Wensley, will soon
tell them of the awfulness of the situation
and the crying urgency that exists for speedy
remedies in the shape of Parliamentary
enactments that would give the authorities
a strong arm to speedily stop, and perhaps
