WE are fully conscious of the responsibility<br />

we undertake in making the truths in this<br />

convinced that the<br />

revelations will stir the hearts and minds<br />

of all the people of this country, and we<br />

hope and believe that the Press a great,<br />

if not the greatest, weapon against darkness<br />

enlighten<br />

and that<br />

Government will be<br />

urged to initiate much-needed reforms, and<br />

pass new laws relating to the white slave<br />

traffic, especially in the East.<br />

It is not unlikely the Government will<br />

give the stereotyped reply kept<br />

such occasions, this being that :<br />
