Auguste Horth Square<br />

From this square, known as P<strong>la</strong>ce <strong>de</strong>s<br />

Amandiers, which backs onto the sea front,<br />

you can observe a <strong>la</strong>rge number of coastal<br />

birds. Illustrated and exp<strong>la</strong>natory signs help<br />

you to i<strong>de</strong>ntify them. There are other signs on<br />

the old port and at Buzaré point.<br />

> Matoury in the Makoupy shopping centre car park:<br />

> Kourou in the Kourou shopping centre car park: Tuesday<br />

and Friday morning; Saturday in the old town.<br />

> Javouhey: Sunday morning.<br />
