Eccrine Poroma<br />

• Dome-shaped, polypoid/verrrucoid 1-10cm<br />

• Single <strong>tumor</strong>, sole/sides of the foot<br />

• Usually occurs after the age of 40<br />

• On rare occasions, may develop into a<br />

porocarcinoma or malignant eccrine poroma<br />

• Malignant transformation - ulcers, rapid<br />

growth, multinodular growth, bleeding<br />

• Treatment - excision
