Agreement whereby Richard Bently agrees to restore to John Ryan, late of
Culdoty, Co. Tipperary, lands in Coylagh, Barony of Tullagh, Co. Clare,
which Ryan was given “from ye Commissioners for setting forth lands to
persons transplantable at Loughreagh”. Also typescript transcript.

Rosolty (29a) at an annual rent of one peppercorn on the feast of St. Michael
the Archangel.

Deed by which Henry Bridgman, Castle Bridgman, Co. Clare, proposes to
purchase the land of Coulahais, Moafurt, Knocknagodht, Barony of Tullogh,
Co. Clare, from John Ryan of Inch, minus their mortgage costs. The lands are
mortgaged for £40 to Edmond Ryan.
