3. Papaya Seed<br />
Dressing Ahi<br />
1 bottle Papaya Seed Dressing<br />
46 Ahi fillets<br />
Salt and pepper<br />
Oil<br />
Lightly salt and pepper, ahi fillets. Brown ahi<br />
over low heat. Add one bottle papaya seed<br />
dressing and simmer for a about 10 minutes.<br />

5. Korean Chicken<br />
5 pounds frozen chicken wings<br />
½ cup allpurpose flour<br />
1 cup cornstarch<br />
1 cup mochiko flour<br />
¼ cup salt<br />
¾ cup granulated sugar<br />
8 eggs, beaten<br />
½ cup green onions, chopped<br />
¼ cup sesame seeds (optional)<br />
2 ½ tablespoons garlic, minced<br />
Combine all ingredients except for the chicken<br />
and mix well to make a thick batter. Pour batter<br />
over frozen chicken wings and refrigerate. Once<br />
the chicken has defrosted, the batter will liquefy.<br />
Soak overnight and stir batter occasionally. Deep<br />
fry until golden brown.<br />
4. Teriyaki Meat<br />
2 pounds thinly sliced teriyaki beef (or your<br />
preferred cut, thinly sliced)<br />
½ cup sugar*<br />
½ cup shoyu<br />
3 cloves garlic, crushed<br />
3 fingers ginger, crushed<br />
Stir together the sugar and shoyu until the<br />
sugar <strong>is</strong> d<strong>is</strong>solved. Add crushed garlic and ginger.<br />
Pour sauce over beef; marinate overnight. Broil<br />
meat on a foillined pan until browned.<br />
*if you want it less sweet, reduce the sugar.<br />
