* Remarks: To ensure optimum hands-on training on own samples,<br />
participants will be organized in 2 groups for the 3 rd day session.<br />

SGD 1,500.00 inclusive of light refreshments and lunches (subject to GST)<br />
Deadline:<br />
Please note that we need your enrolment in writing. We therefore kindly ask you to fill in the<br />
enclosed registration form and return it to us as soon as possible. <strong>The</strong> course can only<br />
accommodate up to 8 participants. Register early to avoid disappointment.<br />
Confirmation:<br />
We shall send you a confirmation of your participation soonest possible after receipt of your filled-in<br />
registration form.<br />
Payment:<br />
We shall send you an invoice covering the enrolment fee.<br />
Cancellation:<br />
Please remember that cancellation should be sent to us in writing, and if you cancel after receipt of<br />
confirmation we shall debit your account with 25% of the enrolment fee. If your cancellation is<br />
received three working days (or less) before the start of the course, we shall debit your account<br />
with the full enrolment fee. <strong>The</strong>se conditions also apply if you fail to come or discontinue your<br />
participation of the course. You are naturally always welcome to send a substitute from your<br />
company, if you are unable to attend yourself. But please remember to let us know in advance.<br />
