<strong>ULI</strong> <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong> offers programs that will give you a bird’s-eye<br />
view of what lies ahead in the real estate industry, where you<br />
need to be to stay competitive, and how to prosper in the world<br />
of development. In 2010, program topics ranged from capital<br />
markets, distressed properties, entitling projects, housing trends,<br />
site tours and more.<br />

Case Studies<br />
and Site Tours<br />
<strong>ULI</strong> <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong> held numerous case studies this year highlighting<br />
unique projects and best practices. Guests heard from the project<br />
team and community leaders on what it took to be successful and<br />
toured the site. This year sites included:<br />
