Recharging a Completely Drained Battery<br />
If the <strong>HHPC</strong>-2 will not turn on:<br />
1) Attach the external power supply to the unit.<br />
2) Wait five minutes, then turn on the <strong>HHPC</strong>-2.<br />
3) Leave the unit attached to the power supply until the battery charging indicator light is<br />
extinguished.<br />
5.2 Re-calibrating the <strong>HHPC</strong>-2<br />
The <strong>HHPC</strong>-2 must be returned annually for re-calibration to comply with JIS B 9921-1997<br />
standards. The calibration date is displayed on the manufacturer's decal on the back of the unit.<br />
Follow the instructions in the “Return Procedures” on page 33 to return the <strong>HHPC</strong>-2 for recalibration.<br />
5.3 Obtaining Service<br />
If the <strong>HHPC</strong>-2 requires factory service, follow the instructions in “Return Procedures” on<br />
page 33 to return the <strong>HHPC</strong>-2.<br />
