Your Suggestions Had A Positive Impact<br />

On Your Satisfaction<br />

Two-way <strong>com</strong>munication is important in any relationship – be it<br />

personal or business. That’s why the <strong>IGT</strong> Network Systems customer<br />

satisfaction survey is so important – only by hearing your needs can<br />

we continue to improve.<br />

Our 2007 survey results show a statistically significant gain in our<br />

overall systems customer satisfaction rating: 6.8 versus 6.4 the year<br />

before. This means the changes we implemented based on your<br />

feedback to the 2006 survey are working, so please continue to share<br />

with us your valuable <strong>com</strong>ments.<br />

Some of changes implemented over the last year have included:<br />

• Better ways to ensure we are delivering high-quality products<br />

• Smoother overall customer experience from install and go-live<br />

to ongoing support<br />

• Clearer procedures for escalating customer problems<br />

• And much more!<br />

Rest assured <strong>IGT</strong> plans to use the feedback from our 2007 survey to<br />

make further changes and additions that you requested. In February, a<br />

survey <strong>com</strong>mittee from across the various departments dedicated to<br />

serving the needs of our systems customers will meet to put action<br />

items to the re<strong>com</strong>mendations received.<br />

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2007 survey, and<br />

congratulations to the winners of our respondent drawing! Five lucky<br />

survey participants received their choice of an MP3 player or $200 in<br />

cash for providing their valuable feedback.<br />
