<strong>Job</strong> Summary and Mission<br />

This job contributes to Secans success by leading Project management for multiple<br />

(retail) customers. Ability to manage different and multiple projects. Models and act<br />

in accordance to Secans guiding principles.<br />

Summary of Key Responsibilities<br />

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the<br />

following:<br />

1. Manage projects Overall<br />

a. Budget<br />

b. Time-Line (planning)<br />

c. Organization of internal & extarnal companies/ partners<br />

d. Quality of end result<br />

2. Manage Turn-key Store build projects for Retail outlets<br />

3. Manage Roll-out projects within retail Store Development


Summary of Experience<br />

General Project management 5-7 years<br />

Project manage Retail store build (construction) 5-7 years<br />

Required knowledge, skills and abilities<br />

Clear & consistent communications in Dutch, English, German and preferable<br />

one other foreign language.<br />

Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines<br />

Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br />

Strong problem-solving skills<br />

Strong planning skills<br />

Strong negotiation skills<br />

System skills<br />

Manage, build & maintian relation ships with existing and new partners<br />

Manage multiple external companies/ partners (national & International)<br />

Understanding of Retail store Development / Retail construction<br />

MBO+ / HBO<br />
