planning, order management, pick and pack, project management, store construction,
financial management and installation.

Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Secans success by leading Project management for multiple
(retail) customers. Ability to manage different and multiple projects. Models and act
in accordance to Secans guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
1. Manage projects Overall
a. Budget
b. Time-Line (planning)
c. Organization of internal & extarnal companies/ partners
d. Quality of end result
2. Manage Turn-key Store build projects for Retail outlets
3. Manage Roll-out projects within retail Store Development

Summary of Experience
General Project management 5-7 years
Project manage Retail store build (construction) 5-7 years
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Clear & consistent communications in Dutch, English, German and preferable
one other foreign language.
Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong planning skills
Strong negotiation skills
System skills
Manage, build & maintian relation ships with existing and new partners
Manage multiple external companies/ partners (national & International)
Understanding of Retail store Development / Retail construction
MBO+ / HBO
