progress around 3 a.m.<br />
The compla<strong>in</strong>ant, a female,<br />
told Yates she was <strong>in</strong><br />
bed when she heard someone<br />
try<strong>in</strong>g to enter her<br />
home. At one of her w<strong>in</strong>dows,<br />
she looked outside<br />
and saw Haney and Harris<br />
at her bathroom w<strong>in</strong>dow,<br />
attempt<strong>in</strong>g to climb<br />
through it.<br />
The female and her<br />
husband then went outside<br />
and Haney and Harris<br />
fled. Yates said the woman<br />
and her husband chased<br />
the pair. She showed Yates<br />
the home where the two<br />
men ran to and entered.<br />
Yates said he found<br />
Haney and Harris <strong>in</strong>side<br />
the residence and both<br />
were breath<strong>in</strong>g heavily.<br />
The woman’s bathroom<br />
w<strong>in</strong>dow screen had been<br />
cut and the w<strong>in</strong>dow pried<br />
open.<br />
