DEED OF DONATION

This DEED OF DONATION made and entered into by and between:

authorized by its members, hereinafter to as the "DONEE".
WITNESSETH
That the DONOR, is the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated at

That for and in consideration of the general welfare of the residents of
____________(area/s of operation)______________ and as act of liberality and
generosity of the voluntarily and freely gives, transfers and conveys by way of
DONATION unto said DONEE, its successors-in-interest, administrators and
assigns all his/her rights, title and in interest in the above described property free
from all liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;
That the DONOR, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to this
donation, has reserved for himself sufficient property, in full ownership or in
usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for his/her support in consonance with
his standing society;
That this donation is not made with the object of defrauding his creditors,
having reserved to himself property sufficient to answer for his debts incurred
prior to this date;
That the above described property does not fall within the provisions of
P.D. No. 27 or the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law (R.A. 6657).

ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this donation made in its
favor by the DONOR and hereby expresses its appreciation and gratefulness for
the kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
