Project Name: Basketball Practice Facility
CONCEPTUAL
Project Description: This project will allow the
Athletic Department to remain competitive with
other Division IA schools by providing a practice
basketball facility. This will aid in recruiting top
players from across the country.

Project Name: Evansdale Student Center
Building CONCEPTUAL
Description: This proposed project will
provide many of the same amenities found at the
Mountainlair. The location best serves those
on the upper Evansdale campus. Pedestrians on
the Upper Evansdale campus are cut off from
the Student Recreation Center by the PRT. The
proposed location is near the cul-de-sac in front of
the Evansdale Library.

Project Name: Evansdale Residential Complex
Lower Level(s) Renovation CONCEPTUAL
Description: This project will enhance the
entrances, meeting space, offices, and public areas.
The lower two floors have approximately 171,454
total square feet. The classrooms also need to be
renovated to make them more efficient spaces for
academic classes and to support the live-and-learn
communities’ program needs.
