Dear Valued Customer.
On behalf of the team at Crazy Galagher’s and the Wilsonton Hotel I would like to thank you for your
enquiry in to holding your next function with us.
Attached to this letter, you will find information about our function packages and what we are able to
provide for your event. We have two set menus designed for more formal sit down events, platters for
a more informal social occasions, and even tea and coffee services for meetings and parties.
The Crazy Galagher’s Restaurant is the perfect venue for all types of occasions. Along with full
restaurant and bar facilities, there is also a private deck area available for booking. As this is such a
highly demanded space, requiring no room hire or extra charges, it is often booked far in advance so
we do ask that you confirm the space is free before you finalise your dates. The Deck area requires a
booking of a minimum 25 people and has a maximum capacity of 80 seated guests or 100 guests in a
casual standing and seating type function.
When booking your function, a 15% deposit may be required for confirmation and any further balances
will be required to be paid in full before commencement of your function. Confirmation of numbers is
required no less than 3 days before your event to allow time for any catering or equipment
requirements. Please note that upon final confirmation of your numbers, you will be charged for the
amount of people regardless of guests who will be later unable to attend your function.

Platters
Hot Platter: $95
The Crazy Galaghers hot platter will comfortably cater for 15-20 people having light snacks and nibbles.
The hot platter is a selection of Spring Rolls, Dim Sims, Sweet Chilli & Parmesan scrolls, Caramelised
Onion, Bacon & BBQ Sauce Scrolls, Onion Rings, Vegetable Pasties, Mini Pies and Sausage rolls
Cold Platter: $85
Our cold platter is very popular for cocktail style functions and will comfortably cater for 20 people.
Fresh Crudités of vegetables combined with homemade dips, Trio of gourmet cheeses, antipasto mix,
freshly sliced kabana and salami and an assortment of crackers. Freshly prepared in house.
Sandwich Platter: $80
The sandwich platter can cater for 15-20 people and contains an assortment of gourmet sandwiches
freshly prepared in house for your function.
Bread Platter: $50
The Bread Platter can cater for 10+ people as an entrée platter and contains Garlic Bread grilled until
golden brown and Grilled Turkish bread served with a trio of dips.
Cake and Biscuit Platter: $50
The Cake and Biscuit platter will provide a light snack for 10+ people and presents a delicious
assortment of biscuits and cakes. Types of items on the platter vary depending on availability of supply.
Tea and Coffee
Tea and Coffee can be provided upon request and is priced as followed:
• 10-25 People: $25
• 25-40 People: $35
• 40+ People: $45

Two Course Option
Set Menu
• Consisting of a an alternate-drop style main meal of tender Graziers’ Rump and a delicious
Chicken Parmigiana, and your choice of either a starter of garlic bread or an apple crumble for
desert, the two course option is a perfect way to provide a light hearty meal for your function,
party, or meeting.

• Garlic Bread
Mains:
• 250g Graziers’ tender Rump steak served with salad and golden fries.
• Chicken Parmigiana- A tender chicken breast crumbed and fried, then topped with a delicious
mix of ham, cheese, and Napoli sauce and served with salad and golden fries.
Desert:
• Apple Crumble served with ice cream
*This menu is a two course option (starter and main, or main and desert) and requires a minimum of 25
people. A 15% deposit is required to secure booking and full payment and confirmation required no later
than 1 week before the event.

Crazy Galagher’s Three Course Feast
The Crazy Galaghers three course feast is an excellent choice and a great way to provide your party or
meeting with Crazy Galaghers’ all time favourites. The three course feast includes a modest starter of
Garlic Bread, an alternate-drop style main meal and finished with a helping of delicious Apple Crumble
and a Chocolate Mousse in an alternate drop style for dessert.

An alternate drop with two of the following options:
• 400g Graziers Rump Steak, grilled and served with vegies and chips
• Chicken Oscar- Grilled Chicken Breast grilled and topped with guacamole, prawns and

• Barramundi- oven baked and served with tartare sauce, salad and chips
• Chicken Parmigiana served with salad and chips
