enquiry in to holding your next function with us.<br />

Attached to this letter, you will find inform<strong>at</strong>ion about our function packages and wh<strong>at</strong> we are able to<br />

provide for your event. We have two set menus designed for more formal sit down events, pl<strong>at</strong>ters for<br />

a more informal social occasions, and even tea and c<strong>of</strong>fee services for meetings and parties.<br />

The <strong>Crazy</strong> Galagher’s Restaurant is <strong>the</strong> perfect venue for all types <strong>of</strong> occasions. Along with full<br />

restaurant and bar facilities, <strong>the</strong>re is also a priv<strong>at</strong>e deck area available for booking. As this is such a<br />

highly demanded space, requiring no room hire or extra charges, it is <strong>of</strong>ten booked far in advance so<br />

we do ask th<strong>at</strong> you confirm <strong>the</strong> space is free before you finalise your d<strong>at</strong>es. The Deck area requires a<br />

booking <strong>of</strong> a minimum 25 people and has a maximum capacity <strong>of</strong> 80 se<strong>at</strong>ed guests or 100 guests in a<br />

casual standing and se<strong>at</strong>ing type function.<br />

When booking your function, a 15% deposit may be required for confirm<strong>at</strong>ion and any fur<strong>the</strong>r balances<br />

will be required to be paid in full before commencement <strong>of</strong> your function. Confirm<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> numbers is<br />

required no less than 3 days before your event to allow time for any c<strong>at</strong>ering or equipment<br />

requirements. Please note th<strong>at</strong> upon final confirm<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> your numbers, you will be charged for <strong>the</strong><br />

amount <strong>of</strong> people regardless <strong>of</strong> guests who will be l<strong>at</strong>er unable to <strong>at</strong>tend your function.<br />

Hot Pl<strong>at</strong>ter: $95<br />

The <strong>Crazy</strong> Galaghers hot pl<strong>at</strong>ter will comfortably c<strong>at</strong>er for 15-20 people having light snacks and nibbles.<br />

The hot pl<strong>at</strong>ter is a selection <strong>of</strong> Spring Rolls, Dim Sims, Sweet Chilli & Parmesan scrolls, Caramelised<br />

<strong>On</strong>ion, Bacon & BBQ Sauce Scrolls, <strong>On</strong>ion Rings, Vegetable Pasties, Mini Pies and Sausage rolls<br />

Cold Pl<strong>at</strong>ter: $85<br />

Our cold pl<strong>at</strong>ter is very popular for cocktail style functions and will comfortably c<strong>at</strong>er for 20 people.<br />

Fresh Crudités <strong>of</strong> vegetables combined with homemade dips, Trio <strong>of</strong> gourmet cheeses, antipasto mix,<br />

freshly sliced kabana and salami and an assortment <strong>of</strong> crackers. Freshly prepared in house.<br />

Sandwich Pl<strong>at</strong>ter: $80<br />

The sandwich pl<strong>at</strong>ter can c<strong>at</strong>er for 15-20 people and contains an assortment <strong>of</strong> gourmet sandwiches<br />

freshly prepared in house for your function.<br />

Bread Pl<strong>at</strong>ter: $50<br />

The Bread Pl<strong>at</strong>ter can c<strong>at</strong>er for 10+ people as an entrée pl<strong>at</strong>ter and contains Garlic Bread grilled until<br />

golden brown and Grilled Turkish bread served with a trio <strong>of</strong> dips.<br />

Cake and Biscuit Pl<strong>at</strong>ter: $50<br />

The Cake and Biscuit pl<strong>at</strong>ter will provide a light snack for 10+ people and presents a delicious<br />

assortment <strong>of</strong> biscuits and cakes. Types <strong>of</strong> items on <strong>the</strong> pl<strong>at</strong>ter vary depending on availability <strong>of</strong> supply.<br />

Tea and C<strong>of</strong>fee<br />

Tea and C<strong>of</strong>fee can be provided upon request and is priced as followed:<br />

• 10-25 People: $25<br />

• 25-40 People: $35<br />

• Consisting <strong>of</strong> a an altern<strong>at</strong>e-drop style main meal <strong>of</strong> tender Graziers’ Rump and a delicious<br />

Chicken Parmigiana, and your choice <strong>of</strong> ei<strong>the</strong>r a starter <strong>of</strong> garlic bread or an apple crumble for<br />

desert, <strong>the</strong> two course option is a perfect way to provide a light hearty meal for your function,<br />

party, or meeting.<br />

The <strong>Crazy</strong> Galaghers three course feast is an excellent choice and a gre<strong>at</strong> way to provide your party or<br />

meeting with <strong>Crazy</strong> Galaghers’ all time favourites. The three course feast includes a modest starter <strong>of</strong><br />

Garlic Bread, an altern<strong>at</strong>e-drop style main meal and finished with a helping <strong>of</strong> delicious Apple Crumble<br />

and a Chocol<strong>at</strong>e Mousse in an altern<strong>at</strong>e drop style for dessert.<br />
