for tips.<br />
To test the installation:<br />
1. Click in the task bar;<br />
select Programs, Accessories,<br />
Multimedia, and Media Player<br />
from the menus. The Windows<br />
Media Player appears.<br />
2. Open a wave file, such as THE<br />
MICROSOFT SOUND.WAV,<br />
and select the Play ( )<br />
button. You should hear the<br />
wave file being played.<br />

3. Open a MIDI file, such as<br />
CANYON.MID, and select the<br />
Play ( ) button. You should hear the MIDI file being played.<br />
