Meals
Each school will be responsible for paying $45.00 per person prior to the event.
This includes Frontier School Division students and all chaperones.
Non-Frontier students must add an additional $60.00 each to cover
instruction costs.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 16, 2013.
Cheques are to be made payable to Frontier School Division Jamboree and sent to:

If making payment via account transfer, the Jamboree account number is
1-511-0139-128-81.
The names of the participants and chaperones must be attached to the cheque.
A wrist band and lanyard will be given to each person upon registration and they
must be worn at all times. These also act as your meal pass.
Meal times:
Breakfast 7:15 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. (at Base school)
Lunch 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (at Instructional school)
Supper 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (at Base School)
Evening snacks at Base School
** PLEASE NOTE **
No cash will be accepted at the school.
All moneys paid are non-refundable and must be in no later than April 16, 2013.
No additions will be allowed after the payment deadline.
Transportation
All schools, with the assistance from their Area Office, will be responsible for
organizing their own transportation. Coordination of travel will assist in keeping
the costs down.
At registration, each student will receive:
1 - wrist band (colour-coded to base school)
1 - lanyard (colour-coded to base school)
1 - name tag (name, school, and instructional school)
Students must wear these at all times as this will allow them on buses for
transportation and into a school for instruction.
Bus Monitors will be checking to ensure students have these items before allowing
them on a bus.
