Timely and accurate diagnosis is crucial for<br />
successful treatment and favorable prognosis<br />
Breast-fed infants may have an evaluation<br />
delayed until 3 weeks if:<br />
Normal exam<br />
No h/o dark urine or light stools<br />
Reliably monitored
