We don’t want to get too focused on either side. I think we want that high level of competition. As league coordinator Karen March explained July 12, every time the baseball is hit off the tee, all the players on the field have to touch the ball before play is stopped. “The children in the [infield] field the ball and then the ball gets brought to the pitcher, however they choose. They can throw it, they can roll it, they can just bring it. Then once the pitcher has the ball all the kids on the field come and line up behind the pitcher and they pass the ball in between their legs.
