in Lexington. She was a noble woman, beloved

Orange Co., Va. ;
m., 1821 or 1822, Fielding Herndon. He was b.
Feb., 1789, in Orange Co., Va., d. about 1840-5. She d. Nov. 20,
1870, at the home of her dau. Martha Philips. They removed to
Ohio from Va. by wagon, settled in Wyandot Co.

Jesse Newcomber. He d. March 8, 1886. One
child, Altha, by first husband, d. aged ten
months. She resides in Adrian, Ohio.
