tant Secretary of state and Major of 9th Ky. U.
S. Cavalry. He was injured by his horse falling
under him in a skirmish, near Shelbyville, Ky.,
with Scott's Cavalry [C. S. A.] which caused his
death about 1880. Their children are, Albert
Hodges Page, who is ;//. and resides in or near
Kansas City, Mo.; Elizabeth Hodges Page, in.
and resides in Olney, 111.; Jennie and Carrie
Page, who live with their mother in Louisville.

at Greenwich, New Jersey, but recently moved
to Philadelphia, Pa. Their children are Elizabeth,
Louis St. John Thomas of Phila. and Mary
Catherine Thomas.
