DEP issues a Notice <strong>of</strong> Intent to Declare Lead Agency and Conduct an <strong>Environmental</strong> Review.<br />

DEP received revised Long Form EAF via email from applicant's attorney on 3/11/09. On<br />

3/11/09, DEP received a response from attorney to DEP comment letter <strong>of</strong> 3/2/09. DEP<br />

received letter from an attorney for neighbors, dated 4/2/09 with comments on the SPDES Permit<br />

Mod and EAF as they affect neighbors' property. A meeting is scheduled for 4/13/09 with<br />

attorney for applicant, DEP/REP, DEP Counsel and <strong>NYC</strong> Law. DEP received Lead Agency Neg<br />

Dec dated 5/29/09 from BEPA.<br />

DEP performed a construction inspection <strong>of</strong> the SSTS on 7/9/10; the contractor was backfilling<br />

the SSTS. DEP received an e-mail from the applicant on 7/13/10 stating that the seeding and<br />

fencing will hopefully be completed by next week. DEP conducted an inspection <strong>of</strong> the SSTS<br />

under construction on 7/14/10. DEP received As-Built plans/engineer's certification letter from<br />

the engineer on 8/6/10. DEP staff conducted a final inspection on 8/10/10 after receiving the asbuilts<br />

from the engineer. DEP completed construction inspections on 8/10/10. DEP received<br />

revised As-Built plans from the engineer on 9/10/10. DEP received DOH's certificate <strong>of</strong><br />

approval from DOH on 9/16/10. DEP issued a letter <strong>of</strong> Construction Compliance letter on<br />

9/22/10. DEP issued a letter to the Camp on 1/26/12 stating that DEP has received notice that<br />

the camp plans to construct new bunk house buildings that will require detailed site plans for<br />

DEP to review.<br />

DEP received a Notice <strong>of</strong> Intent to declare Lead Agency from the Lewisboro on 7/11/11 DEP<br />

received a Short EAF on 7/11/11. DEP issued comment request to Tech Team with comments<br />

due to SEQRA Director on 7/25/11 DEP issued a letter on 7/25/11 stating that DEP has no<br />

objection to the Hunter Planning Board being Lead Agency for the purposes <strong>of</strong> SEQRA and<br />

comments on the EAF and site plan. DEP received a letter and a copy <strong>of</strong> the meeting minutes<br />

from the Village Planning Board Chairman on 8/10/11. The action is scheduled to be on agenda<br />

for next planning board meeting scheduled on 8/25/11. SCS called Acting Planning Board Chair<br />

on 10/12/11 inquiring about SEQRA status determination. SCS received call on 10/17/11 from<br />

Acting Planning Board Chair and was informed that a Negative Determination has been made<br />

with conditions. Hard copy to follow in the mail. SCS received Lead Agency Neg Dec dated<br />

9/6/11 from the Village <strong>of</strong> Hunter Planning Board.<br />

Status:<br />

Site Visit type: Investigation. Date: 12/27/11. DEP performed a site visit investigation on<br />

12/27/11 and met with the owner's representative and contractor to discuss the sanitary sewer<br />

connection and grease tank installation. Present for Inspection: Owner's Representative,<br />

Contractor. DEP sent an e-mail to the village engineer on 12/28/11 regarding his role in this<br />
