Hi John
I was given your details by Andrew McIlwraith from the planning dept
at the council. I intend to move our Architectural Salvage and
Reclamation business from Greenhill Rd, to a new and bigger yard at 48
Underwood Rd. This is the yard that is directly adjacent to the
Council refuge dept. At present, the yard has two gates into the yard
and I understand, the gate at the council side may not be an option
for use. If you can let me know if the gates are acceptable or not, I
would greatly appreciate this.
If you intend visiting the yard, you will see, there is one gate at
the council rd side and another about 30 mtrs further down the street,
towards the old milk marketing board building. We have already set the
wheels in motion for all utilities to be set up and for the planning
permission to be granted.
Do you need any drawings or links for the land?
How long before we know if the access is acceptable?
I obviously need to make sure everything is above board, before
spending a fortune on planning and utilities, hence the reason I need
to know a timescale for these results etc. Any assistance you can
provide in this matter to be settled, will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks Tommy Unsworth
