Retro Rudder Assembly Instructions – How to…
1. Sandwich PBD between Deltas 2. Slide blade into place between 3. You may need to drill out a

Feed loose end of rope through starboard side of PBD and tie it off with a knot
Continue to feed rope back up around disc/pulley and through port side of PBD
Tie loose ends with “double fisherman knot”
