<strong>Benjamin</strong> <strong>Media</strong> A/S reserves the right to refuse advertisements<br />
conflicting with the current legislation or that are, in some other<br />
way, unwanted. Advertisements that according to the publisher’s<br />
view can be construed as editorial material are added the term<br />
“advertisement”.<br />
Cancellation<br />
The last possible date for canceling an advertisement is 14<br />
days before the material deadline. Cancellation of reservations<br />
or orders later than the cancellation deadline of the edition in<br />
question are charged at 50% the agreed net price.<br />
Voucher Copy<br />
One voucher copy is given for each insertion. If nothing else<br />
has been agreed upon it is enclosed to the invoice. Additional<br />
copies are charged at the published magazine price.<br />
Errors & Corrections<br />
Corrections of the original material must take place no later than<br />
the material deadline. The publisher takes no responsibility for<br />
telephonic corrections. No price reduction is given on the advertisement<br />
in cases where the publisher is blameless in the affair<br />
of the error, nor in regard to errors occurred due to exchange<br />
of advertisement material. No price reduction is given should<br />
there be an error in the delivered material – that is if the material<br />
is not compliable with the specifications described under the<br />
advertisement material section on this page. Possible complaints<br />
must be advanced no later than 14 days after the insertion<br />
of the advertisement.<br />
Terms of Payment<br />
All advertisements are invoiced at the current prices of the<br />
insertion date. Payment 30 days net from invoice date. All prices<br />
are excl. VAT. All rights are reserved for printing errors in <strong>Media</strong><br />
information 2008.<br />

of the bigger cities of Denmark, and typically has a husband and<br />

The turnover discount is given on the basis of the booked net turnover<br />
for the entire year of 2008. The discount is only granted progressively<br />
and not retroactively. The turnover discount is only obtainable through<br />
insertions in one or more of <strong>Benjamin</strong> <strong>Media</strong>’s publications; This does<br />
not include sponsorships, promotions, special editions or supplements.<br />
The turnover discount cannot be combined with the newbizz discount.<br />
Agreements exceeding 575,000 DKK (net turnover) are negotiated<br />
individually.<br />
Yearly Agreement Discount<br />
Advertisers who undertake a yearly agreement with <strong>Benjamin</strong><br />
<strong>Media</strong> by 31st March 2008 latest, will qualify for a yearly<br />
agree ment discount of 7.5%. For this discount to apply, the<br />
advertisers minimum NET turnover must be DKK. 58,000.<br />
Insertions / Creative sizes<br />
Call for further information regarding alternative/creative printing,<br />
textured or lenticular prints, PET, postcards, trade samples,<br />
paste-ins and creative formats.<br />
New Bizz Discount<br />
The new-business discount is obtainable for advertisers,<br />
whom have not advertised in <strong>Benjamin</strong> <strong>Media</strong>’s publications<br />
for more than 24 months. The new business discount (OR<br />
new-bizz discount) is also available to advertisers on a specific<br />
magazine, provided that no advertising has taken place<br />
in said magazine within a period of 24 months.<br />
