After a short chapter on methodology, the real starting point for the deliverable is the
system overview for the sub-project. This system overview describes the key subsystems,
reference points and collaborations for the sub-project, and serves as an index
to the remaining chapters.
In these chapters, the functionality that the RSQ sub-project seeks to offer for each
collaboration is further developed, starting from a high-level (with the uses cases and
requirements that have emerged from WP2) that is gradually refined until the level of a
specification.
Note
The RSQ sub-project collaborates with 6 other sub-projects within GST, that represent different
competence domains and may develop specifications on which the RSQ sub-project relies. To understand
the overall system in which RSQ operates as well as possible links with other sub-projects, this document
must be read together with the current version of the IP-level architecture deliverable.
