Preamble
THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE EUROPEAN SCHOOLS
Having regard to the CONVENTION DEFINING THE STATUTE OF THE EUROPEAN
SCHOOLS,
Having regard to the SUPPLEMENTARY PROTOCOL OF 15 DECEMBER 1975 ON THE
SETTING-UP OF A EUROPEAN SCHOOL IN MUNICH,
Whereas:
The Convention defining the Statute of the European Schools makes certain changes to the
nomenclature which should also be incorporated into the Regulations for Members of the
Seconded Staff of the European Schools.
The Regulations for Members of the Seconded Staff of the European Schools are based, in
the case of a number of provisions, on the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European
Communities. The provisions which entered into force with the reform of the latter set of Staff
Regulations should be incorporated into the Regulations for Members of the Seconded Staff
HAS DECIDED TO ADOPT the duly amended Regulations for Members of the Seconded
Staff of the European Schools, as follows:
