<strong>The</strong> SPEAKER. <strong>The</strong> Chair recognizes the gentleman from<br />
Venango, Mr. Levi.<br />
Mr. LEVI. This is a request for funds <strong>of</strong> $1,560,000 to put<br />
in a therapeutic center at Polk Center. <strong>The</strong>re has been a citi-<br />
zens advisory board for over 3 years working on this. <strong>The</strong>y<br />
have an empty building at Polk Center that is available to put<br />
this facility in. I would ask the members <strong>of</strong> the House to<br />
support this worthy cause. Thank you, sir.<br />
