Faith looks at this runaway world and discerns The Planning of Providence By CHARLES G. E. CHILTON DEsP1T.E these days ofmuddleand madness the child of God recognixs that God, in His own time and in His own way, is working out His own plan. He who knows all things is working in all things. Nowhere do we observe this fact more fully than in the story of the delivcrance of Israel from Egypt (Exodus 1-31 '1 he whole text gains in significance if we look at it from three aspects: the proof of dibine working, thc pcrson chnsen in the working and the prep:~ration of the chnsen instru- ment.
