He graduated from the Nebraska Graduate Realtorrs Institute.
He was named Dean i n 1976 and he served on the Board of
Governors of the institute for 6 years.
He was an accredi ted menrber of the Real tors Land Insti tute
of the National Realtors association and was voted Reartor
of the year in 1980 by the Nebraska Chapter.
He was a very active person and performed many civic duties
at Pender, l'lebraska.

I held a great esteern and felt very honored to have been a
second cousin to Tom. He accomplished and achieved so very
rnrch during his Iifetime. It was always a pleasure trip to
Nebraska when we visited with Tom and his wife, Helen.
